Accommodation should be booked along with the registration.

Your room reservation will be made following payment of the deposit (first night’s cost) or if a credit card number is provided on the registration form. Reservation should be done along with registration.

Please note: In case of no-show there will be at least one night’s deposit depending on the hotel.

Important: Please make your reservation before 1 June 2008 as room availability cannot be guaranteed after this date.

Companies reserving more than 30 hotel rooms are required to pay in full at the time of reservation. The cancellation rules differ from one hotel to another, and thus it is advisable to check the cancellation details with the conference secretariat.

All prices include breakfast and VAT at 8%.
