An exhibition will be organised for manufacturers of products relevant to the conference. The exhibition offers an excellent opportunity for delegates to meet representatives of the exhibiting companies.

INVITATION TO EXHIBIT
Your Company is invited to exhibit at the 38th EABCT Annual Congress that will take place in Finlandia Hall, Helsinki, Finland on 10-13 September 2008. The meeting will consist of industry sponsored satellite symposia, pre-congress workshops, mini workshops, plenary lectures, oral sessions,  poster sessions and the Exhibition Programme.
 
Approximately 1,000 delegates; psychotherapists, physicians, scientists from the European countries are expected to attend the conference. Participants will have the opportunity to hear the latest developments in area of psychotherapy and its treatment.

PLACE OF EXHIBITION
The exhibition will be held in Finlandia Hall as also the conference.

The Exhibition space is directly adjacent to the primary conference meeting rooms and registration and information area guaranteeing maximum delegate traffic throughout the conference.

Floor plan

STANDS
There is available bulk space with a minimum rental of 6 square meters. Please do combine as many as you wish of these minimum elements. The space will be given in the order of bookings.

STAND RENTAL FEES
One space of 6 m2 costs 2,000 EUR
VAT 0% .
The booth rental rate (floor space only) does not include any furniture, lighting, carpeting, electricity, panel nor furniture or floral.

EXHIBITION CONSTRUCTION, DISMANTLING AND OPENING DATES AND HOURS

Build-up: Wednesday 10 September at 12-17
Exhibition is open: Wednesday 10 September at 17:00-19:00, Thursday 11 September – Saturday 13 September at 10:00-16:30
Dismantling: Saturday 13 September at 12:00-16:00
Congress dates September 10-13

(These operational hours are subject to change upon notice to the Exhibitor by the Congress Management).

CANCELLATIONS
Refunds for contract payments and deposit fees will require written notice of cancellation.
Cancellations received  prior to June 15, 2008 will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations received after June 15, 2008 will receive NO refund.

Paid space unclaimed or abandoned by 16:00 September 10, 2008 may be repossessed without indemnity and reassigned by the Congress Management.
