Registration

Please register here

Technical instructions:

For registering to the congress you will need to create a user ID (your e-mail address) and a password (create by yourself) on "Start your Registration here". If you have submitted an abstract for the congress you must use the ID and password you already have created.

Please give your personal information (name, organisation, country etc.) as you wish it to be printed on your name tag and in the delegate list.

You may reserve accommodation along registration. Please sign up also for all the social events you intend to participate - even for those that are included in the registration fee. All reservations can be modified and cancelled until they are paid and confirmed. Unpaid reservations will be cancelled by the secretariat on the 15th of August 2008 latest.

Confirmation of registration for individual participants
A confirmation of registration/acknowledgement of payment will be e-mailed to each registrant on receipt of payment. Every registered person may also print a receipt by her/himself by entering the registration with user name and password. Participants should bring an I.D card to the registration desk when collecting their congress documents

Payment for registration, the social programme and hotel reservations can be made in one of two ways:

PLEASE NOTE: If you choose to pay for your hotel reservation by bank transfer, you must include the cost of the first night’s accommodation as a deposit.

Those who register as a student must be full-time students and provide a student certificate.

Please note that we cannot accept cheques.

Only registrations accompanied with a payment will be accepted and confirmed.

The registration fee includes the programme, lunch and coffee/tea during the congress days and two receptions. It does not include accommodation nor the congress dinner. In addition to these fees there is a charge for optional sight seeing tour.

To be entitled to a student fee you have to be a full time student and must have a valid student card or a certificate from your university or school. A paper copy of the card must be faxed (+358 9 4542 1930) or e-mailed to the Secretariat (eabct2008@congcreator.com) in advance.

The accompanying person’s fee is 100 EUR and includes the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, receptions on Wednesday and Thursday and the sight-seeing tour on Wednesday 10 September. The fee does not include the congress dinner, lunch or coffee in the congress venue.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Written notice of cancellation must be received at the CongCreator CC (Email: eabct2008@congcreator.com, Fax: +358 (0)9 4542 1930) by 9 June 2008. Registration fee less 75 EUR administrative and banking fee will be refunded for all cancellations. No refunds will be granted after June 9, 2008. "No Shows" without written notification will be addressed the full registration fee, with no refund provision.
